Are You a Spiritual Seeker?

Life is a journey… A complicated journey full of joys and sorrows, unexpected twists and turns, triumphs and losses. As co-founder Fr. Tom Lynch always says, “Life turns on a dime.” When this happens there are two ways we can proceed – swimming upstream alone, or being buoyed by God in solidarity with a close-knit community of other Seekers.

“Journey Deeper” is open to anyone with a hunger and thirst for God, for life, for love. We meet monthly via ZOOM, delving into topics such as faith and doubt, nurturing our true selves, discovering the role culture plays in faith, deepening our prayer lives, exploring the poetry and prose of Scripture, and forgiving ourselves, life, and others. We offer resources on spiritual practices that may be new to some, suggest ways to work on healing the wounds of the heart, and discuss aging with wisdom and grace. Our intent is to move beyond the do’s, don’ts, and dogmas that keep God (and us) small, in order to encounter God and neighbor in freer, more meaningful ways. Members have access to print and video content,

interviews and conversations with theologians, authors, and activists. We meet via ZOOM once a month, with materials provided ahead of our online gatherings. There’s also a forum where Seekers can interact and process all they’ve taken in. Sessions are recorded and archived so you can jump in at any time.
